Travis Keating has agreed to a 365 day experiment - living in a tiny fishing community on the coast of Newfoundland with his dad. Things get off to a rocky start when he makes enemies with Hud, the town bully, who is out to get Travis at any chance he can get. Travis discovers some stray cats whom he befriends, but must keep secret from his father until it becomes a matter of life and death for his animals.
