Kevin's consequence for stealing a car is to volunteer at an animal shelter. One of his first missions is to head out in a storm to rescue a dog who was left behind by his owner. As the town's levees are about to break, the rescue mission turns into a survival mission as Kevin and his other volunteers stumble unknowingly into the middle of a robbery.
