Chase Masters and his father chase storms.  In book one, Chase and his friends are in the midst of Hurricane Emily.  Book two picks up with the storm in full force.  Chase is trapped on his friend Nicole's family farm.  However, this is no ordinary farm.  Nicole and her family run a circus and many of the animals in their care have escaped from their cages as a result of the hurricane.  Suddenly, Chase and his friends have more to fear than the storm itself!
