Crash Coogan is the best football player in the entire 7th grade and he and his best friend, Mike Deluca, think they are the kings of the school.  They especially love to pick on the wimpiest kid in their grade, Penn Webb.  Penn is a Quaker, a vegetarian, designs his own buttons, and has decided to go out cheerleading.  Crash and Mike enjoy making his life miserable, until situations in Crash's life change, and suddenly, making fun of Penn isn't that fun anymore.
