Emmy and her rats are back in this fun sequel to Emmy and the Incredible Shrinking Rat. It's been four weeks since the evil Miss Barmy has disappeared, any Emmy doesn't have to wonder long about when she will reappear. Miss Barmy is still a rat, so one one, except Emmy, believes that she will really be able to cause any trouble. Part of Emmy wishes she could just forget the rat world and get on to making new friends and doing regular things like sleepovers and pool parties. But somehow, she keeps getting dragged back into rodent business. She knows she should help, but does she really want to hang out with rats all the time?
